What is the purpose of Naperville SoulFest?

 

SoulFest is a celebration of African American and Caribbean Descendant’s within the West Suburbs of Chicago and Surrounding Communities in order to promote inclusion and diversity.  The Funds generated will be used for operational needs and scholarships.
